In this rapidly changing and competitive industry, it is essential that distributors embrace change and move with the times. This is why Mdee, formerly Midland Distribution, underwent a rebrand during 2014 to build upon our existing values and offer a fresh approach and perspective for our partners. We were not willing to just stand still. Instead, we turned a vital corner and began an exciting journey fuelled by determination to succeed and a hunger to expand.
Following our rebrand not only did we revamp our image but we invested in better resources, systems and staff, so that our network of partners could reap the rewards. We have welcomed numerous staff members to our team including our new Managing Director, Tanny Jeffrey, who has a longstanding and enviable understanding of the telecoms industry. She has inspired our team to encourage new partnerships to be formed and welcomed constructive opportunities wherever present.
We have also launched a ground breaking fulfilment platform called JEM & Connect Mee. Not only does this offer an end-to-end solution for mobile connections, but it offers an easier ordering process, better support and faster payments for all of our partners. The service is a cure-all for the administrative headaches that make connecting airtime business harder than it should be. It brings simplicity and a higher degree of accuracy to the sales process.

Tanny Jeffrey joined Mdee in March 2014 with the brief to review, restructure and build the business and is now in position as MD. Tanny's career spans over 25 years in telecoms and IT, most recently as Managing Director for both Brightstar and Avenir Telecom, as well as running her own business consulting at Board level.
Director of Commercial & Finance
Glyn boasts over fourteen years of experience within the telecoms industry and came to Mdee in November 2014. Previous to this role he was the Sales Director at Daisy Distribution and has held various Sales & Sales Operations roles at network and channel levels.
Angela has been a valuable employee to Mdee for over 21 years. She currently leads a dedicated team of accounts and commissions associates that help ensure our partners get paid accurately and on time.
Partner Support Manager
Charlotte plays both an intrinsic and diverse role within Mdee. As the Partner Support Manager, Charlotte is committed to supporting all of our partners to ensure fast-issue resolution. She also oversees the Business Development Executives, whilst managing retentions and preserving our strong customer base.
JEM Ambassador & Fulfilment Supervisor
Jemma is the Fulfilment Team Leader. Looking after large pre-sale deals, Jemma liaises with the Partner and EE to ensure the deals reach fruition in the most efficient way possible.
As the JEM ambassador, Jemma is also dedicated to training Partners and staff on the JEM system, whilst liaising with the developer of JEM to ensure that the platform is continuously developed and enhanced to effectively meet the needs of our partners.
